ALGINATE is an extremely moisturising active ingredient that can bind a hundred times its own weight in water and release it back into the skin. It also serves as a carrier for minerals and vitamins that are essential for the health of our skin. To prevent the active ingredient from liquefying before application, it must be sufficiently stabilised.
