If you are satisfied with the quality of the purchased goods, you have a 7-day return period (including holidays) from the time you receive the goods. Public holidays and weekends are not customer service working hours. Please pay attention to the time if you need to return or exchange goods.

Return conditions
In order for an item to be eligible for return, please make sure:
The product must be unopened and unused, and not damaged by human defects, malfunctions or any other factors.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only full-priced items can be refunded, promotional items cannot be refunded.

If you get approval, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically issued to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Return the goods
